Ukrainian Armed Forces Advance 2 Kilometers in Kursk Region
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue offensive operations in the Kursk region. Over the course of a single day, military personnel have managed to advance an additional two kilometers in certain directions. This was announced by the Supreme Commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Oleksandr Syrskiy, during a meeting of the Supreme Commander’s staff.
"The offensive operation in the Kursk direction continues; within just one day our troops have moved forward by up to 2 kilometers and have taken control of 5 square kilometers of territory," he stated.
According to Syrskiy, the most difficult situation remains in the Pokrovsk direction of the Ukrainian front. "The enemy is attempting to breach our troops' defenses, but as of this morning, all attacks have been repelled, and the enemy has not achieved any success," he noted. In other directions, Syrskiy added, the situation remains complex but controllable.
