Russian Ambassador in Baku Accuses EU Observers in Armenia of Gathering Intelligence Data
The EU observation mission in Armenia is gathering intelligence data against Azerbaijan, Iran, and Russia, said Mikhail Evdokimov, the Russian ambassador in Azerbaijan, in an interview with RIA Novosti.
“Washington and its allies are ready to take any steps, including igniting conflict hotspots around Russia, such as the regime in Kyiv, being an example of such intervention. The current EU observation mission has factually turned into an operation of NATO with dubious objectives. The fact that the mission is a tool of Western hybrid warfare is confirmed by its secrecy and the absence of control from Armenia or Azerbaijan. In reality, it is gathering intelligence data against Azerbaijan, Iran, and Russia,” the Russian ambassador stated.
