Mongolia Will Not Arrest Putin: Bloomberg
Mongolia has refused to comply with the International Criminal Court's order regarding the arrest of Putin, reports Bloomberg.
According to two sources familiar with Kremlin preparations, Vladimir Putin has received prior guarantees that during his planned visit, Mongolia will not arrest him based on the International Criminal Court's order.
The visit is scheduled for September 3rd. The publication notes that while Mongolia is a member of the International Criminal Court, it is obliged to arrest the Russian leader in accordance with the court's order. However, the Kremlin had previously stated that there is no need to worry about this issue.
