Video: New Changes in the Teacher Training Process

The government is making changes to the teacher training process. From now on, the training will be based on needs assessment.

According to the Prime Minister, those who require more support will undergo more intensive retraining: "If a teacher has successfully passed the voluntary certification with a 100% score, their high qualification has been confirmed; however, this does not mean that they should not undergo retraining. They need to be retrained over the course of five years to learn new technologies, new knowledge, and new methods, aligning as closely as possible with the developments in pedagogy."
