ABBA Demands Trump Not to Use Their Music in Campaign

Universal Music and members of the band ABBA have demanded that their music not be used in Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. This was reported to RIA Novosti by Frida Skug, head of PR at Universal Music.

“We have clarified with ABBA members that Trump’s events have published videos using ABBA’s music, which is why we have demanded their immediate removal and cessation of any further use,” said the agency's source.

According to them, Universal Music media holding and Swedish Polar Music record company did not receive any requests to use ABBA's music, thus no permission or license has been granted to Trump.
