“Today’s strike by Russian occupiers on the territory of Ukraine was one of the largest and targeted civilian infrastructure,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated during a Facebook live stream.

“Efforts to address the aftermath of the Russian strike continue across the entire country. There are casualties and dozens of injured. The energy sector has suffered significant damage,” he noted.

“Putin does not betray himself. It has long been known to everyone that he is a sick creature. Every leader, every partner knows what decisions are needed to end the war. In Ukraine, there cannot be restrictions on range while terrorists have no such limitations. The USA, Britain, France, and other partners can help us stop the terrorism. Decisions are needed,” Zelensky emphasized.
