VIDEO: Lights Go Out During Missile Attack at Ukrainian Television Studio
During a mass missile attack on facilities across Ukraine, the lights went out in a studio of one of the Ukrainian television channels. The channel was conducting a telethon at the time.
DTEK, the electricity company, has reported that power outages are being implemented throughout Ukraine. Media reports indicate explosions in Kyiv, Lviv, Lutsk, and other cities.
