VIDEO: Explosion and Fire at Omsk Oil Refinery Results in Casualties

A powerful explosion has rocked the city of Omsk, Russia, audible across various districts, according to multiple Telegram channels. The explosion occurred at the Gazpromneft-OMPK oil refining plant.

Reports indicate that the fire has spread over an area of 1,000 square meters. Authorities have confirmed that seven workers at the plant were injured, and one of them has died.
