Stork Collides with L-39 Aircraft During Training Flight: One Fatality

A training flight in the Khmelnytsky region of Ukraine has resulted in an accident, according to reports from Strana.ua citing sources within law enforcement agencies.

During the training flight, a stork collided with an L-39 aircraft, obstructing the visibility of one of the pilots. As a result of the incident, the pilot decided to eject; however, due to the low altitude, the parachute did not fully deploy, leading to the pilot's death upon impact with the ground.

According to sources, the other pilot, who remained in the cockpit, managed to land the aircraft safely.
