Who Really Owns 'Spayka': 'Fact'

It can be said that since its inception, nearly 23 years ago, various discussions have circulated around Armenia's leading agricultural holding, 'Spayka', which is engaged in multi-profile agricultural production as well as being the largest exporter of fruits and vegetables.

This is reported by the 'Fact' newspaper. From time to time, different names have been associated with the company, including individuals connected to various governments over the years, noted as owners or shareholders.

'Fact' sought to clarify who the actual owners and leaders of the company are. Especially since in the case of such large organizations, 'you cannot hide the sword in the bag', meaning that shareholders and participants are legally documented.

According to the data from the State Register of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia, the head of the executive body of 'Spayka' LLC is David Ghazaryan. Moreover, it turns out that he is indeed the sole owner of the company with 100% ownership. Furthermore, the date noted in the state unified register related to him is April 16, 2001, which corresponds to the day the company was registered, the newspaper writes.
