Denmark Allows Ukraine to Strike Russia with Its Weapons

Ukrainian forces will be able to use Danish weapons to strike targets within Russian territory. This was stated by Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen in an interview with DR television.

The minister noted that the use of Danish weapons on Russian territory falls within the "rules of engagement" of the conflict. He believes that the actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region are part of a "defensive operation," aimed at trying to halt the supply of assistance from Moscow to Russian troops.

On the same day, some Russian Z-channels reported the destruction of the last bridge over the Seym River, which could sever part of Russian border territories from the "mainland."

"If within those frameworks you attack the opponent's infrastructure or military objects, then that is completely within the rules of warfare... You cannot impose a restriction that Danish weapons can only be used within Ukraine's territory," Rasmussen stated.

He also added that Denmark's support for Ukraine has not changed in light of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' incursion into the Kursk region. Furthermore, on Monday, Copenhagen announced a new aid package for Kyiv amounting to 783 million krone (approximately 116 million dollars).
