VIDEO: Putin-Aliyev Meeting Commences in Expanded Format

The meeting between Putin and Aliyev has commenced in an expanded format in Baku. The President of Russia emphasized that the entire government has arrived in Baku. According to him, both countries are fully implementing the agreements reached in the 2022 declaration.

Ilham Aliyev also noted that although Putin has visited Baku before, this is the first official state visit of the Russian president to their country. Earlier, Putin and Aliyev held a private conversation.
