Turkey and Iraq Sign Memorandum of Understanding

The Ministries of Defense of Turkey and Iraq have signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the fields of military, security, and counter-terrorism. This was announced by Turkey's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, as reported by TASS.

"Our countries' defense ministers have signed a memorandum of cooperation in the military field, security, and the fight against terrorism. We expect to elevate our cooperation to a higher level," said Fidan.
