More Than 3,000 Trucks Waiting at Upper Lars for Entry to Georgia

More than 3,000 trucks are waiting at the Upper Lars checkpoint. This information is posted on the website of the Traffic Management Center of North Ossetia. Currently, the traffic on the road leading to the Georgian-Russian border is open for all types of vehicles. However, there is a queue of trailers on the Russian side at the Upper Lars customs point due to a lack of parking spaces.

In total, as of Thursday at 5:00 PM, 3,159 trucks were waiting to enter Georgia from Russia.
