Hamas Fires Missiles Towards Israel

The Palestinian militant group Hamas has announced that it has fired two missiles towards Israel. The Al-Qassam brigades, which are the armed wing of Hamas, stated that the missiles were aimed at Tel Aviv. According to Hamas's report, two M90 missiles were launched towards Tel Aviv and its surroundings.

BBC correspondents report that there are currently no reports of casualties, although an explosion was heard in the city. The Israel Defense Forces have confirmed that one projectile crossed the border from the Gaza Strip and fell into the sea. According to military officials, the second missile did not enter Israeli territory.
