Video: Water from Tap is Muddy and Full of Sediment Instead of Drinking Water

Residents of the village of Karashamb in the Kotayk province are reporting that muddy water is flowing from their taps instead of drinking water. For the past 3-4 days, local residents have been unable to drink water from their faucets. This was reported by ArmLur.am.

The video shows that the sink is left with deposits of mud due to the water coming from the tap.

The media outlet contacted Karine Karapetyan, a public relations officer of Veolia Water, to understand the cause of this situation. She mentioned that an accident had occurred there a few days ago, but specialists have since resolved the issue. The water supply line has been fully washed out, and there should not be such a problem now.

“At this moment, there should not be an issue there. Please give us a specific address, and we will go investigate,” she stated.
