Netanyahu Issues Statement

The Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, has announced that the Israel Defense Forces are prepared for both defensive and offensive operations. This information was reported by TASS.

“We are ready for both defense and attack. We will strike our enemies and are determined to defend ourselves,” Netanyahu stated during a meeting with new recruits of the Israel Defense Forces.

It is noteworthy that the escalation in the Middle East began following an attack on the home of Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas's political bureau, in Tehran. The house was reportedly hit by an Israeli missile. Haniyeh was in Iran to attend the inauguration ceremony of the country's new president, Masoud Pezeshkian.
