Armenian from Artsakh Aram Yeritsyan's Detention Request Again Denied

Aram Yeritsyan, who was assaulted by police officers, has had his detention request denied once more. This was reported by his lawyer, Roman Yeritsyan. “What can I say? Let’s wait for the next one,” he wrote.

It is worth recalling that Aram Yeritsyan was arrested again today, as the court revisited the issue of his pre-trial restriction. Earlier, a similar request by the investigator to detain Aram Yeritsyan had also been rejected, as well as a declaration of his three-day arrest as unlawful.

A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident involving Aram Yeritsyan and the police officers.
