VIDEO: Kuzbass Flooded by Rain; Cars Floating
Kuzbass is inundated with rain as cities are flooded and the heavy downpour is expected to continue until the end of the week. Adverse weather has hit the Kemerovo region, severely affecting Novokuznetsk and Kemerovo.
The consequences have been immediate: roads are submerged, and cars are not just driving through the water but are floating in the streams.
