It Is Known Who Will Replace Ismail Haniyeh
Khaled Mashal will temporarily lead Hamas' political bureau until elections for the position are conducted, reports Al Arabiya.
Mashal previously led the group from 1996 to 2017 and currently resides in Qatar.
Ismail Haniyeh was killed following the swearing-in ceremony of the Iranian president in Tehran, where his residence was bombed.
