Massive protests in support of Palestine have taken place in the capital of Iran, Tehran, following the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the Palestinian Hamas movement's political bureau. This was reported by РИА Новости.

The march of Iranian citizens proceeded through the central streets of Tehran. The demonstrators waved flags of Palestine and Lebanon's Hezbollah.
