VIDEO: The Turn Has Reached the City of Sevan, Destruction Under the Guise of Sidewalk Improvement

Almine Navasaradyan, a resident of Sevan, has posted a video on her Facebook page with the accompanying note: "They were not satisfied with just deep pruning; when the summer came, the tree couldn't gather enough foliage to perform its function. Now, under the guise of sidewalk improvement, they're causing devastation. Perhaps they want to ruin Sevan as well, the poor souls." Details can be seen in the video.
