A video circulating online shows an incident at a kindergarten in Pokr Vedi where an employee is seen physically assaulting a child. This shocking footage has caught the attention of the police.

Later, it became clear that the video was published on the Armian Telegram channel. According to the Ararat regional administration, they are aware of the situation and have seen the video. However, the kindergartens operate under the jurisdiction of the community.

“We are aware that Garik Sarkisyan is already addressing this issue. The director of the kindergarten and the employee have been summoned to the community hall. Appropriate measures are expected to be taken. A consultation is currently underway at the community hall,” they stated.

It has been reported that the kindergarten director and the educator have been invited to the police station. AuroraNews contacted the Investigative Committee, where they informed us that they have not yet received a report on the matter.
