Lifeguards Rescue Citizen Engaged in Paddleboarding 150 Meters from Shore in Sevan
On July 25, at 11:30 AM, the Crisis Management Center of the Gegharkunik Regional Rescue Service received a call reporting that lifeguards on duty at the second public beach in Shoghakat village noticed that a citizen engaged in paddleboarding had drifted approximately 150 meters from the shore and was unable to return on his own.
The rescuers safely brought the citizen M. Sh. (born in 1979) and his watercraft back to the shore.
