VIDEO: Massive Tornado Near Sochi Shores

A storm warning has been issued in the city of Sochi. Witnesses report that the water level of the Mamaika River rose within just a few minutes due to the tornado. In the rest of the region, heavy rain is falling, causing streets to be completely flooded.

Earlier, experts indicated that in the coming decades, extreme weather events would occur more frequently in Russia. This includes anomalous heat and powerful floods.
