Video: Protests Erupt in Krasnodar Over Massive Power Outages
On July 20, residents in Krasnodar took to the streets, blocking roads to demand the restoration of electricity. They have been without power for a full day.
Residents of the “Nerker” residential complex have been protesting against prolonged outages for two months now. They have also lodged complaints with the Investigative Committee and have reached out to the President.
