Seven Residents of Kiran Reject Monetary Compensation: Journalist

Journalist Voskanyan Sargsyan wrote on his Facebook page: "Seven residents of Kiran have refused to receive monetary compensation from the state budget for territories belonging to them that were unilaterally ceded to Azerbaijan under the name of delimitation. I learned from residents of Kiran village in the Tavush region that these seven individuals have declined this compensation. The reason for their refusal is not the amount of the compensation; they are convinced that the handover of their land to Azerbaijan is an illegal, anti-Armenian process."
