U.S. President Joe Biden currently has normal blood pressure and breathing, said his physician Kevin O'Connor amid news surrounding 'Biden's death.' In a letter, the physician stated, 'His symptoms have nearly completely resolved. His pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and temperature are all completely normal.'
