Photos: Police in Arabkir Discover Guns with Minor Girls
The Minister of Internal Affairs Vahe Ghazaryan and the Chief of Police of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General Aram Hovhannisyan, have repeatedly urged the police leadership to actively fight against the prevention of crimes committed by minors.
According to shamshyan.com, on July 20, the Arabkir police received operational information that two minor girls were roaming on Aram Khachatryan Street with objects resembling weapons, and were also brandishing them publicly.
Local police, headed by the head of the juvenile department, found the minor girls on the spot, and guns were discovered in the possession of both. They justified their actions by saying they are walking around at night for their own safety.
Police officers from the juvenile department determined that their friends refer to them as “Fanfan Tylpan.”
