Earthquake Occurred in Iran
An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.5 has been recorded in eastern Iran, near the border with Afghanistan, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre. The source of the seismic event was located at a depth of 35 kilometers.
The epicenter of the underground tremors was situated 131 kilometers northeast of the city of Birjand, which has a population of approximately 196,000 people. There are currently no reports of casualties or damage.
