We Are Witnessing a Historical Transformation in the South Caucasus: Ilham Aliyev

I can say that we are witnessing a historical transformation in the South Caucasus, where historical and geopolitical changes are taking place, said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

“Traditional alliances have weakened to some extent, and new forms of cooperation have emerged. Of course, the most important event is the complete restoration of our territorial integrity and sovereignty that took place last September,” he added.

According to Aliyev, “this was a significant event in contemporary history.”
