Brawl in Aramus Involving the Chief of Police of Abovyan

A brawl occurred tonight in the village of Aramus, Kotayk Province, resulting in the detention of several dozen men from the community. Residents of Aramus told 'Hraparak' that Police Chief Edmond Ayvazyan was involved in the incident and was subjected to beating.

The incident reportedly escalated last night when Police Chief Ayvazyan personally intervened in the situation at the village, which led to him being brutally beaten by locals. According to witnesses, he allegedly insulted the locals, which sparked the ensuing altercation. Currently, the police chief is in the hospital in an unconscious state.
