Armenians Purchase Nearly $60 Million Worth of Real Estate in Dubai within Two Days

Recently, the Dubai Investment Forum took place in Armenia, during which approximately $60 million worth of real estate was sold in Dubai over a span of two days. The sold properties included 1, 2, and 3-room apartments. This event was organized by Elit Stroy Property, a well-known real estate agency with eight years of experience, which has long operated in Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates. This information was reported by the Fact newspaper.

According to Fact, the level of activity and interest in Dubai's real estate market from the Armenian market was a surprise even to the organizers. As a result, it has been decided to open a branch of the company in Yerevan. We attempted to contact the company's Armenian director, Lilit Sargsyan, to clarify when the branch will be established and who the buyers of such volumes of properties are. Unfortunately, we were unable to speak with the director, and an employee of Elit Stroy mentioned that information regarding buyers is highly confidential and cannot be shared with third parties. Regarding the news about opening a branch in Yerevan, our contact confirmed it, adding that further information will be provided later.
