VIDEO: Rapper Drake's Mansion Flooded After Heavy Rainfall in Toronto
Canadian rapper Drake (Aubrey Drake Graham) has reported that his mansion in Toronto was flooded due to torrential rains that hit the city. The musician shared this information on July 16.
In the video posted, muddy water can be seen flowing through the front door and filling the home's floor. Alongside the Instagram clip, the artist wrote, "I’d rather it be ‘espresso martini.’"
On the previous day, almost 100 mm of rain fell in Toronto, surpassing the record set in 1941. As a result of the storm, about 167,000 people were left without electricity. Following the heavy rainfall, several highways and a key transport hub in the city have been flooded.
