Azerbaijani border guards are already stationed on the other side of the wall constructed near Kiran School. The video was shared by Kiran resident Gohar Vardanyan.
This concrete wall stands approximately three meters high and one meter wide. According to local sources, it is expected to stretch 100 meters in length.
