VIDEO. "Kids, how's it going, are you enjoying it?" Pashinyan is in Ashtarak

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, visited the Aragatsotn region to familiarize himself with the work carried out in 2023 and the ongoing projects. His first stop was in Ashtarak.

Through the community subsidy program, asphalting works have been conducted in 25 settlements, covering a length of 22.4 kilometers. The total cost of the project is 2 billion 142.5 million drams, of which 749.8 million drams has been allocated by the government.

“I also visited a newly constructed playground in Ashtarak. Overall, through the subsidy program, 4 playgrounds have been built in Ashtarak and Bazmabour,” the Prime Minister noted. The value of this project is 267.3 million drams, with the government providing 93.5 million drams.

He encouraged the establishment of sports groups: “We should leave some free time for kids, but it would be better if groups are formed,” he said.

Then, Pashinyan addressed the children gathered at the sports field: "Kids, how's it going, are you enjoying it? Wow, maybe someone will score a goal now, huh, he scored!"
