In Sevan, Lifeguards Rescue Drowning Citizen
On July 17, at 15:45, the National Crisis Management Center received information that lifeguards on duty at the first public beach of Lake Sevan noticed a citizen who was drowning approximately 3-4 meters from the shore.
The lifeguards managed to bring L.M. (born in 2008) to the shore, provided first aid, and transported him to an ambulance. The victim was subsequently hospitalized at a medical center.
