VIDEO: Kyrgyzstan Submerged Under Water Due to Heavy Rains
Heavy rains have caused flooding in several regions of Kyrgyzstan. In the country’s second-largest city, Osh, 420 people have been evacuated. The Borubai-Ata resort area and the village of Toloykon have been inundated.
