VIDEO: Biden Confuses Zelenskyy with Putin

U.S. President Joe Biden accidentally misidentified Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as 'President Putin' during a NATO summit ceremony in Washington, according to Reuters.

"Now I want to turn the floor over to the President of Ukraine, who has as much courage as he does determination. Ladies and gentlemen, President Putin," Biden stated.

He quickly realized the mistake and added, "President Putin? He [Zelenskyy] is going to beat President Putin. I’m so focused on beating President Putin that we need to worry about that."

"I feel better now," Zelenskyy joked. "You are much better," Biden responded.
