National Assembly Unanimously Approves Bill for Former Artsakh NSS Employees

The National Assembly of Armenia has adopted a bill allowing individuals displaced from Artsakh and those who held positions in the Artsakh National Security Service (NSS) as of September 19, 2023, to continue their service in Armenia's NSS.

The bill was passed unanimously, with 91 votes in favor, 0 against, and 0 abstentions.

With the proposed amendment, individuals who held positions in the Artsakh NSS as of September 19, 2023, may also be appointed to vacant positions in Armenia's NSS when they become available.
