In Some Areas, Air Temperature Will Reach +38°C: Weather in Armenia

Today and in the next 4 days, brief rain and thunderstorms are expected in various regions of Armenia, with heavy rainfall possible in some areas, and there may also be hail.

This information is provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center. "During thunderstorms, wind intensification is expected at speeds of 19-24 m/s. The air temperature will not change significantly," the report states.

Today, the highest temperature will be recorded in the Ararat and Armavir regions, ranging from +36 to +38°C. Brief rain and thunderstorms are also expected in Yerevan this evening. During thunderstorms, wind gusts will reach 18-23 m/s.

During the daytime hours, temperatures in the capital will range from 35-37°C, while at night, it will be 19-21°C.
