Either Ukraine or NATO Will Disappear, or Better Yet, Both: Medvedev

The ambition of Ukraine to join NATO will culminate in either the disappearance of Ukraine or NATO. This statement was made by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, on his Telegram channel.

“We must do everything to ensure that Ukraine's 'irreversible path' to NATO ends with either the disappearance of Ukraine or NATO, or even better, both,” wrote Medvedev, commenting on the results of the summit held in Washington. During this summit, NATO member countries promised Kyiv an 'irreversible path to NATO.'
