Citizen Climbs a Building Rooftop in Yerevan and Cannot Descend

On July 11, at 16:13, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that a citizen had ascended to the rooftop of a building via an elevator on Khanzhyan Street in Yerevan and was unable to descend due to a power outage. Assistance from rescuers was necessary, according to the ministry's emergency situation service.

A rescue team from the Special Rescue Operations Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

Rescuers were able to lower the individual, identified as M. G. (born in 1992), from the rooftop using ropes.
