Another Emergency Incident in Newly Built Elite Building

On July 8, another emergency incident occurred in Yerevan, where safety regulations were not adhered to during work activities. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan from the scene, around 12:15 PM, a call was received at the Arabkir division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that a group of emergency doctors had transported a citizen with a severe diagnosis.

Police and patrol officers determined that the injured individual had been taken to the hospital after being struck by a construction crane while working at the "Elite Neighborhood" located at the address Kanaker HEC. The victim was identified as 27-year-old Myasnik Z., a resident of Kotayk province.

A criminal case has been initiated in the Arabkir investigative department for violating "the rules or requirements for ensuring safety or protection during construction, mining, or other work activities." According to G. Shamshyan, the incident occurred at 1/10 Khapanzyan Street.
