VIDEO: Over 120 Intoxicated Drivers, 3300 Violations - What Happened During Vardavar

In an effort to ensure safe road traffic, law enforcement agencies detected 3300 traffic violations during a heightened operation on July 7, in connection with the Vardavar celebrations. 79 vehicles were moved to special areas for violations.

According to the police, 125 drivers were found to be intoxicated. Other violations included 813 instances of not wearing seatbelts, 170 cases of driving with tinted windows, 255 for speeding, 65 for the use of tobacco products while driving, and 64 for using mobile phones while driving.

The patrol service urges everyone to be law-abiding and adhere strictly to traffic regulations. Drivers who commit violations will be subject to administrative responsibility.
