VIDEO: If water is cut off for three days, it is a violation, says PSRC Chairman

Long-term water outages constitute a violation of regulations. This was stated by the Chairman of the Public Services Regulation Commission (PSRC), Garegin Baghramyan, while addressing the issue of water supply interruptions.

“Not having water for 3 days is a violation of the rules. The company must provide at least the appropriate amount of water, if not through tankers. If this has not been done, regulations have been violated,” Baghramyan said.
