Photolur Sues 1in.am
The Photolur news agency has filed a lawsuit against the Skizb Media Center, targeting the 1in.am website, demanding the cessation of unauthorized use of copyright-protected materials.
Photolur director Melik Baghdasaryan stated in an interview with A1+ that 1in.am has illegally used their photos.
The first court hearing against the company is scheduled for tomorrow, July 10, at the Civic Court of General Jurisdiction in Yerevan.
According to Baghdasaryan, there are about 40 media organizations that have unlawfully used their photos. Photolur is also preparing legal actions against them.
