The situation on Azatutyun Avenue remains tense. Residents of three buildings are protesting, demanding to halt the construction work of a private medical clinic, which they claim is being carried out with illegal permits and gross violations of urban planning standards.

"These works will be stopped one way or another, we will not allow it, they will have no day or sun. Our demand is that the owner or someone from the city hall respond and come here. In response, the police are violently detaining residents. This construction will definitely be halted; I have said that whoever disturbs my family's peace, I will enter their home. Let the owner listen, let the Mayor listen, let the Prime Minister listen, I will come and enter all of your homes," said one of the residents.
