Shots Fired in Central Yerevan

On July 6, shots were fired in central Yerevan. Around 22:30, the Criminal Investigation Department of the Yerevan Police Department received operational information about gunfire occurring in front of the "Nacho Hotel Yerevan" on Kazhaznuni Street.

According to shamshyan.com, officers found two shells fired from a gas gun at the scene. Police have operational details regarding the type of vehicle from which the alleged shooter fired; however, due to the interests of the investigation, specific details are not being disclosed at this time.

A criminal case has been initiated in the second investigative division for the Center and Norq Marash administrative districts.
