Hail, Rain, and Strong Winds: Weather Forecast for the Coming Days

From July 1-3, significant portions of the Republic are expected to experience rain and thunderstorms, with hail in isolated areas. Heavy rain is anticipated in some regions on July 1-2. From July 4-5, dry weather is forecasted.

The wind will be blowing from the northeast at a speed of 2-5 m/s, with gusts expected to reach 19-24 m/s during thunderstorms. In the foothills of Aragatsotn and Kotayk, and in Armavir, wind gusts of 18-23 m/s are expected in the evening hours.

The air temperature will gradually decrease by 3-5 degrees during the day on July 1-2, then rise by 4-6 degrees from July 3-5, notably increasing by 10-12 degrees in Lori, Tavush, and Syunik.

In Yerevan, from July 1-3, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected, with heavy rainfall on July 1-2. Wind gusts during thunderstorms are expected to reach 18-23 m/s, and in the evening, 17-20 m/s. Dry weather is anticipated for July 4-5.

In the capital city, the air temperature will range between 27-29 degrees during the day and 20-22 degrees in the evening.
